We are now looking to recruit Sales Managers for our new locations.

Summary :

As an EMS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales account executives in introducing and educating consumers on the technology and benefits of AT&T's new fiber optic network called U-verse. As a sales manager with EMS you will meet sales goals by leading your team to recommend the best solution to the consumer after a full assessment of their individual needs. Coordinate sales by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Confer with potential customers regarding service needs and advise customers on types of services to purchase.
